• 负责生产线人员调配，员工出勤及纪律管理 Take responsible for employee arrangement, attendance control and regulation management in production line.

• 负责生产线PDP完成 Take responsible for PDP fulfillment in production line.

1. 辅助班长完成生产线绩效 Assist GAP Leader with the Line KPI achievement.

3. 遵守安全作业指导，正确规范的佩戴劳保用品 Operate austerely in the lead of safety work instruction, wear the PE保证标准化作业Ensure Standardized work

4. 参与HSE Core Team审核并给予建议和参与改善 Attend the audit of HSE Core Team, give suggestion and improvement.

7. 按标准文件进行设备的维护及保养Maintain the equipment according to standard work document

8. 按标准文件负责本区域5S，并养成良好习惯Maintain 5S in the area, and keep good habit.

9. 在2个工位达到三级Maintain Magic Square 3 level in 2 workstations

10. 参与任务转移工作 Attention Task Transfer

11. 遇到异常立即报告并上升问题 Report immediately if meet the unmoral status

12. 项目SOP前，按项目进度进行多岗位培训According to program status , polyvalence training before Program SOP

13. 改善 Improvement
    参与GAP小组活动，并对影响小组KPI的问题提出合理化建议Participate in activities of Gap Team, and submit I.I which can be impact KPI of Gap Team.
