Job Purpose
Responsible for successful completion of the EIT trainee program, meet requirements of an entry level field service engineer, including field service and technical support for Rockwell Automation products including PLC, HMI, Networks, Drive products startup works and troubleshooting on site, as well as customer training.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing on-site Drives, PLC, HMI products programming, commissioning and troubleshooting as well as technical support on automation projects to customers.
- Responsible for external customer training conduction in China.
- Responsible for providing the right off site and on site communication to product Business Units
- Customer Rockwell Automation equipment/devices periodical maintenance and examination
- Responsible for supplying good paperwork of field service and engineering. Ensure all related documentation is well prepared
- Ensure services implementation follows the procedure of CSM standard
- Deliver the assigned services on time with good quality/cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction
Educational Qualifications / Work Experience
- Bachelor or Masters in Accounting, Finance or related majors from a recognized University and will graduate in 2018.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both English and Mandarin.
- Refined analytical and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated academic excellence.
- Demonstrated leadership roles and responsibilities in school, community activities or employment.
- Related co-op or internship experiences.
- Ability to relocate throughout the program, as required.
