工作职责：
工程师在直接监督和指导下了解和应用软件概念和技术，构建车载信息娱乐/域控制器软件。这个职位负责为哈曼连接汽车产品设计良好的软件架构，并确保设计软件架构由开发人员无差异地实现，以满足内部工程团队和外部客户设定的所有软件要求和规范。
-了解和分析客户的要求和规格
-了解系统架构设计并推导出联网汽车产品的软件架构设计
-创建和记录软件开发人员的下一级设计基础的软件体系结构。
-评估并创建新技术的软件原型，并应用于产品设计
-进行设计文档审查和代码审查，确保每个体系结构文档设计产品软件
-深入了解软件实施冲突和问题，找到整个软件系统的解决方案
-软件开发工具链评估和适应
-完成轮换以增加对产品和软件知识的理解。

基本资格：
-计算机科学，软件工程，自动化，电气工程等学士或硕士学位
-良好的英文读写能力
-对电子嵌入式系统有很好的理解
-熟悉操作系统，网络，设备驱动程序开发，中间件开发等软件技术。
-熟悉软件设计原理和技术写作
-交流嵌入式系统软件开发经验。
-良好的C / C ++，Java编程能力，以及面向对象的软件设计和实现经验
-深入理解优化的软件设计技术。
-适应工作地点变化

Job Responsibilities:

 

An Engineer knows and applies software concepts and techniques under direct supervision and guidance to construct in vehicle infotainment/domain controller software. This position is responsible for designing good software architecture for Harman Connected Car products, and to make sure designed software architecture is implemented by developers without deviation for meeting all software requirements and specifications set by internal Engineering teams and external customers.

• Understand and analyse customer requiremens and specifications

• Understand system architecture design and to derive software architecture design for Connected Car products

• Create and document software architecture for product which will be next level design base for software developers.

• Evaluate and to creat software prototype for new techniques and apply in product design

• Conduct design document review and code review make sure product software designed per architecture document

• Technical deep dive on software implementation conflicts and issues, find solution for entire software systems

• Software development tool chain evaluation and adaptation

• Complete an rotation to increase understanding on product and software know-hows.

 

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Sicence, Software Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering etc.

• Good ability of English reading, writing and speaking

• Good understanding on electronics embedded system

• Good understanding on software techniques for example Operation System, Networking, Device Driver Development, Middleware development etc.

• Good understanding on software design principals and technical writing

• Hands on experience on embedded system software development.

• Good programming skills on C/C++, Java, and hands on experience on object oriented software design and implementation

• Deep understanding on optimized software design techniques.

• Geographically mobile

• Commitment to the rotations over the program

• Desire to learn and develop rapidly within the program period

• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, results-oriented, matrixed environment
