岗位职责：
1、负责班级课前备课、教具、课件准备及缺课学生补课工作；
2、负责课堂教学过程，保证教学质量；
3、负责课后教学服务体系的实施跟踪，保证教学成效：电话教学、日常沟通。 及时与学生家长 反馈学生学习情况、需要家长配合及注意事项。
4、负责定期组织召开家长会汇报展示教学成果
5、完成领导交办的其他临时工作

1、Responsible for preparing lessons before class, teaching tools, courseware, making up classes for absent students；
2、Responsible for teaching process, to ensure the quality of teaching；
3、Responsible for after-school teaching service system tracking, to maintain the effectiveness of teaching, telephone teaching, daily communication with parents, and giving feedback to parents about students learning progress, informing parents the information to pay attention to and cooperate
4、Responsible for organizing parents meeting and report the results of teaching；
5、Complete other temporary work assigned by leader.
