Responsibilities工作职责：
- Requirements management, analyze customer requirement, organize requirement discussion, then manage requirement database and monitor requirement development;
客户项目需求管理，分析客户需求，组织需求讨论，建立需求管理库并跟踪需求的实现过程；
- ECU(EMS, VCU) related system function development and software, hardware development;
动力总成控制器(EMS、VCU等)相关的系统功能开发、软件、硬件开发；
- Production Test,  base on the electronic test bench、labcar、vehicle to verify the software and hardware production，ensure the production meet the customer requirement;
基于电子试验台、Labcar、实车等条件对软硬件产品进行测试，确保开发产品满足客户需求；
- Project management, make and monitor the software and hardware development plan，ensure the development on plan;
项目管理，制定并跟踪项目的软硬件开发计划，确保客户项目开发按计划进行；
- Quality control, ensure the quality of the development，quickly response to the customer feedback;
产品质量控制，确保产品开发质量，快速响应客户问题；
- Communication and cooperation，keep good communication with customer，cooperation with team members.
沟通与协作，与客户建立良好的沟通渠道，团队内部密切协作。
Requirement 任职要求：
- Master degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Combustion Engine, Automotive Electronics, Computer, Automation Control, Software Engineering or related area;
车辆工程、发动机、汽车电子、计算机、自动化控制、软件工程等专业硕士及以上学历；
- Good knowledge about analog and digital circuit is necessary, familiar with C, Perl, Python, Java programming language, familiar with Matlab, Simulink system simulation tools;
具有较好的模拟、数字电路基础，熟悉C、Perl、Python、Java 等开发语言，熟悉ASCET、Matlab、Simulink等系统仿真工具；
- Good communication, teamwork skills;
良好的沟通,团队合作；
- Good reading and writing English.
良好的英语说写能力。
