Responsibilities工作职责：
-  According to the business requirements, formulate data analysis and machine learning solutions;
根据业务需求，制定数据分析和机器学习方案；
- Responsible for the development and application of Machine Learning algorithms, including feature extraction, feature selection, algorithmic modeling, coding and test, continuous optimization and data visualization;
负责机器学习算法开发应用，包括特征提取、特征选择、算法建模、代码开发和测试、持续优化、以及数据可视化；
- Provide algorithmic technical support for new planned business, verify technical feasibility;
为新业务提供算法技术支持，验证技术可行性；
- Follow new development tools and algorithms of big data, keep development competence improved continuously.
跟踪新的大数据开发工具和主流算法，保持开发能力的持续增长。
Requirements 任职要求：
- Master degree or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Automation, EE or other equivalent;
数学，统计学，计算机，自动化，电子工程或相关专业硕士及以上学历；
－Familiar with the technology of Machine Learning, professional in common algorithms - such as Logistic Regression, SVM, Decision Tree, NN, Bayesian Belief Network, Clustering etc;
熟悉机器学习技术，熟练掌握常用算法，如Logistic回归，SVM，决策树，神经网络，贝叶斯网络，聚类算法等；
- Sensitive in data and business, interested in industrial big data, have precise thinking and strong learning ability;
具备敏锐的数据和业务直觉，对工业大数据感兴趣，思维严谨，学习能力强；
－Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit;
积极主动，优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
－English written and verbal;
英语听说读写流利；
－Project experience in Machine Learning is preferred.
具有机器学习项目经验者优先考虑。
