职位描述:
1. 协助人力资源部们的日常事务工作
2. 编辑整理员工信息
3. 处理人力资源相关文档和报告,如招聘、培训、绩效评估等
4. 协助人力资源项目执行
5. 与候选人沟通协调面试安排
6. 协助招聘经理寻找候选人并更新人才数据库.
1. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
2..Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
3. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc)
4.Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
5.Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
6.Assist TA manager to source candidates and update our database
职位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,专业不限,人力资源管理相关专业为佳
2. 优秀的学习能力
3. 注重细节,有责任感
4. 良好的沟通及人际关系技巧
5. 卓越的解决问题能力
1. Bachelor degree or above, human resources related area as a plus
2. Strong learning ability
3. Detail orientation and high responsibility
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Excellent problem solving capability
