岗位职责：

工作职责：

1.    为家长提供详细专业的品牌介绍和课程咨询；

2.    在孩子的成长发展和教育引导方向为家庭提供专业化指导和帮助；

3.    完成每月的课程销售任务；

4.    积极跟进客户服务，及时解决相应的问题；

5.    积极协助并参与市场营销活动。

 

Responsibilities：

1.     Provide professional guidance and help to children;

2.     Introduce brand and courses to parents in detail;

3.     Complete the sales target monthly;

4.     Preserving the customer service actively and solve their questions timely;

5.     Giving positive assistance and take part in marketing activities.

 

岗位要求：

任职要求：

1.    大专以上学历，1年以上早教行业或教育培训行业相关工作经验或销售经验；

2.    热心于早教事业，喜欢孩子，乐于帮助孩子成长；

3.    沟通能力强、热情开朗、有团队意识，能承受一定工作压力，有自我推动力和上进心；

4.    积极热情、具有亲和力、有强烈的责任感、注重细节；

5.    良好的职业素养和服务意识，善于学习，儿童教育知识有一定积累。

 

 

Requirement:

1.    College degree or above, at least 1 year experience in early education industry or sales job;

2.    Be enthusiastic in early education, love children, love to help children to grow up;

3.    Good at communication, opened, strong sense of team, able to work under pressure;

4.    Positive, warm, cheerful, responsible, and self-drive;

5.    Rich educational knowledge and fluent using English is preferred.
