| 职位描述 | Due to our continued fast expansion in Asia, we are now recruiting Research Analysts(Intern) in our Shanghai office.? Work under the guidance of Project Managers, your main duties and responsibilities include: Project research execution ·???????? Secondary research - conduct secondary research to understand the market background in preparation for field research/primary interviews ·???????? Carrying out field research including in-depth telephone and field interviewing of target organizations for industrial projects including market assessment and business intelligence projects ·???????? Analysing research findings ·???????? Interview summary - write interview summary in a logical manner to summarize market information of completed interviews on a weekly basis ? The ideal candidate should have the following attributes: ? ·?????????? Bachelor’s degree (major in Chemical Engineering or Finance preferable but not essential) ? ·?????????? Previous experience of conducting telephone or face-to-face interviews is desirable but not essential? (training will be provided) ·?????????? Ability to conduct second research independently ·?????????? Excellent communication skills and is able to work under pressure ·?????????? Familiar with Office Applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel ·?????????? Methodical and ability to summarize own work ·??????????
