职能类别:其他 POSITION： Analytics Intern – Ford MSU Team Job Description Understanding the data and data sources. Work across all facts of data collection, cleaning, maintenance and dashboard reports. Include but not limit to industry/brand/vehicle sales, media and other marketing activities; Work closely with client side marketing and media departments and other agency partners to facilitate timely access to relevant data and ensure the data is correctly interpreted. Designing, developing, refreshing and supporting the day-to-day analytics requirements of key marketing processes for both internal and external requirements; Playing a central role on data/report/knowledge management for the team. Requirements Bachelor/Master degrees in Statistics, Econometrics or Mathematics. Bachelor/Masters on Marketing/Business Administration with strong academic record of analytic and quantitative work will also be considered. Experience with Modeling. Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset. Advanced level of proficiency in in spreadsheet and presentation software (excel and PowerPoint). Good analytical skills. Familiar with at least one statistic software/tool. Knowledge of Eviews, SPSS, PASW, R, SQL, multi-variate statistics, logistic regression and multiple regression will be considered. Strong oral and written English. High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative 有建模经验的优先，统计学（数理统计/应用统计学/经济统计学）、计量经济学、数理经济学专业相关背景优先，或工商管理、市场营销或者一般经济学方向专业， 对统计分析、数据挖掘感兴趣，有意愿学习相关知识。
