Position: Legal Intern

Practice Area: Venture Capital & Private Equity/Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate Governance & Securities Laws

Client Industries: Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT)

 

We are looking for law students scheduled to graduate in 2018 to join us as Legal Interns. Legal Interns with excellent performance will have priority consideration for Associate or Legal Assistant positions following graduation.

 

During the internship, you will be involved in VC/PE and M&A transactions as well as company representations, with a focus on VC/PE funds and venture-backed high-tech and internet companies. Legal interns will work closely with partners and other lawyers on transactions and other client representations.

 

Requirements:

 

- Strong interests in working with companies in the high-tech, internet and other high-growth industries;

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin;

- Responsible, proactive, attention to detail;

- U.S. legal education strongly preferred for applicants with advance degrees in law;

- Applicants having passed California or New York bar exam preferred
