Job Objective工作目标:
Develop the employee communications channel and messages to ensure employees are clearly informed on business strategies and activities, and promote the employee’ satisfaction and engagement.
Operate the training system to ensure the people development
Job Responsibilities工作职责:
1.Handle the training administrative, including training session organization, on-site coordination etc.
2.Manage the training data, and complete the monthly report
3.Manage the e-learning training system to ensure all concerned person to be developed as required
4.Set up the effective and engaging two-way communications between employees and employer, including weekly TV news, monthly newsletter, publications, employee satisfaction survey etc.
5.Collect the employee opinion feedback, and facilitate the following improvement
6.Complete other projects/tasks assigned by superior
Job Requirements工作要求
Education学历: Bachelor Degree or above. Majored in Journalism, Chinese, Advertising, English is preferred.
Language语言: Proficient in oral and written English, CET-4 or above
