Visa Intern

Responsibilities:

- Help guide our visa clients for visa health check.

- Distribute and collect forms for visa clients and help clients to fill the form.

- Answer clients’ questions regarding health check.

- Answer Chinese phone calls  and greet foreign clients. (very little part)

- Help and assist administrative works, such as copy, scan, ect.

Qualifications:

 - Undergraduate or postgraduate student, can do internship at least 3 days per week, 6-months length;

 - Good English in both spoken and written;

 - Have a passion for service and results;

 - Willing to learn.

Upon hiring, we provide training for skill set.
