Fulfilment Coordinator

Purpose of the role:

Monitor, log and communicate to external and internal stakeholders about the publication of open access papers, advertisements and fulfilment of other NPG projects in China. 

 

Need to do

 

Key tasks:
Open Research

 

·         Maintains record of all APC orders from China

·         Contacts authors (via email) informing them of invoicing and payment details

·         Follow up on outstanding invoices with authors & agents

·         Liaise with agent on payments to UK

 

 

 

Key relationships:

Open Research

 

·          

·         OR fulfilment team in UK

·         Credit collections in Berlin

·         External: Contacts at Beijing Zhongke (APC collection  agent)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Need to know

Qualifications:

·         University degree

Skills/knowledge:

·         Basic spreadsheet skills    Basic proficiency in English

·         Interpersonal skills
