Main Responsibilities: 主要工作职责：

• Reviews and uploads reports which are submitted by auditors for designated  clients. 

根据指定客户的要求，审阅并上传审核员提交的报告；

• Records the feedback and advices from the clients, and replies the question  in a timely manner. 

记录客户的意见及反馈，并及时回复有关审核报告的问题；

• Communicates integrity issues to N+1 or Integrity Manager in a timely  manner. 

及时向上级或廉政经理报告与廉政相关的事件；

• Updates special point document and informs corresponding parties to update  related audit documents according to clients’ requirement.  

及时更新客户特殊要求文件，以及通知相关部门更新有关审核文件；

• Participates in the training and meeting of the clients sharing related  requirement to auditors. 

参与客户的培训和会议，分享传达客户要求至审核员；

• Collects the mistakes found through report review. 

收集审核员报告中的错误信息；

• Provide support to auditors on reporting. 

在审核报告方面给予审核员支持。

Secondary Responsibilities: 次要职责：

• Analyzes the non-compliances trend through reviewing the reports.  

分析审核报告中不符合项趋势；

• Conducts SA on-site audit once or twice a month. 

每月进行一到两次现场审核工作。

Key Requirements 关键要求：

• Honest and reliable, strong sense of work responsibility;诚实守信，高度的责任心
• College or above degree大专或以上学历 ；
• 2 years SA Auditor working experience 2年以上社会责任审核员工作经验；
• Sound communication and presentation skills. 良好的沟通技巧能力；
• Good command of English language skills in written and verbal form.  英语读写流利
