Job description
? To assist in coordinating and executing on-line and off-line promotional activities and events
?? To assist in preparing report of data analysis of social media platforms and different marketing & communications report
?? To assist in communication with different shopping malls for promotion activities
?? To draft copy of promotional materials including bilingual press release and post copy of social media platforms as well as preparing communication assets
?? To assist in compiling the press clipping report
?? To keep track of the expense to ensure that it aligns with the assigned budget
?? To provide general administrative and logistics support to the Marketing & Communications Department
Requirement
? University student in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related disciplines
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
? Multi-tasking, creative, proactive and independent with willing-to-learn attitude
? Good story-telling skills and content generation and management
? Good command of spoken and writing in English and Chinese.
