Job Purpose:

工作目的：

•  To Assist E-ssential in oil stock for a more manageable work flow

• 协助管理香精香料油库

•  Sharing the work load of laboratory

• 分担实验室的工作

Core responsibilities:

核心职责：

•  Preparation of oil samples requests daily

• 准备日常所需油样

•  Help in updating and revising of the quantities of oil stock

• 帮助更新和修订油库库存数量

•  Maintain a clean and orderly oil stock

• 保持清洁有序的油库

•  Record and communicate results accurately and promptly

• 准确，及时地记录和沟通

•  Administration of sample requests and ordering  of fragrance oils

• 处理样品申请和订购香精香油

•  Under supervision, assist in the solving of problems in the application of fragrance to product

• 在监督下，协助解决对产品的应用问题

•  Perform physical-chemical measurements

• 进行物理化学测量

•  Assist in the administration of materials and laboratory organization

• 协助管理材料和实验室秩序

EHS Responsibilities:

EHS责任：

•  Take charge of the overall EHS work in the responsible area and accountable for behaviors that fail to follow rules, procedures or accepted work practices

• 负责责任区域内的整体EHS工作，对于不遵守规则，程序或接受的工作惯例的行为负责

•  Make EHS an integrate part of your job and lead by example

• 使EHS成为您工作的一部分，并以身作则

•  Know the EHS requirements of the jobs performed by the people supervised and understand the hazards and risk in the responsible area

• 了解被监督人员所从事的工作的EHS要求，并了解责任区域内的危害和风险

Qualification and Experience:

资格和经验：

1.  College Degree or above, preferred major in Chemistry or Fragrance 大专以上学历，化学或相关专业

2.  Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in laboratory of flavor & fragrance company 优先考虑1 - 2年香精香料实验室工作经验

3.  Good communication skill, Fluent in English and Mandarin良好的沟通能力，英文流利，普通话流利

4.  Proficient in computer application熟悉电脑应用

5.  Pleasant personality with dynamic & initiative有活跃积极主动的乐观态度

6.  Customer orientated working style以客户为导向的工作作风

7.  Working place based in Guangzhou工作地点在广州
