1.Under the guideline of the plant management, coordinate with partiesconcerned, to realize 20% efficiency increase of all major assembly lines in2018.

2.Ensure all lean improvement items accomplished in the agreed timeline.

3.Establish a lean auditing system to ensure all lean improvements aresustainable.

4.Setup a lean visual management system to increase working efficiency.
建立精益视觉管理体系以提高工作效率。
5.Ensure all lean activities, data and information well documented andtrackable, so that the best practice is shareable.
确保所有精益活动、数据和信息都能被较好的记录和跟踪管理，使所有最优化的案例和信息都1可以共享. 岗位职责:
1.Assistthe plant management in initiating such lean activities and events as 5S, ValueStream Mapping (VSM), Production Process Preparation (3P), Lean Cell Setup,Kaizen Event, Problem Solving, Visual Management and etc.
协助工厂管理启动精益活动和事件如5S,价值流程图(VSM),生产过程制备(3 P)、精益单元设置,精益改善活动,问题解决,可视化管理等。
2.Continuously drive actions of eliminating of wastes at shop-floor and inoffice.
不断在工厂和办公室推进行动以消除浪费。
3.Responsible for the daily coordination of all lean initiatives across thePlant.
负责日常协调整个工厂的精益项目。
4.Measures and reports the lean implementation progress on an on-going basis.
在项目进行的基础上对项目完成的进展进行评估和汇报；
5.Assist the management team in developing a Lean culture over the factory.
协助管理团队开展工厂的精益文化。
6.Assist the management team to build up and maintain the Lean Obeya/War Room
协助管理团队建立和维护精益作战室。
7.Be in charge of the lean activities, procedures, rules, data and informationdocumentation.
负责管理精益相关活动,程序,规则,数据和信息的文档。
8.Initiate the lean audit, and communicate audit results to the management teamand parties concerned.
发起精益审查,并将审计结果传达给管理团队和当事人。
9.Follow up with the lean action list and report to the plant management of thestatus.
跟进精益活动列表并且向管理层汇报相关进度。
10.Provides training of lean concept, tools and methodology to the plantassociates.
为工厂员工提供精益概念、工具和方法的培训。
11.Any other responsibilities assigned by the plant management for leanproduction implementation.

1. The master of industrial engineering or related major or equal or above ispreferred, and the outstanding undergraduate students should consider it asappropriate. 工业工程或相关专业硕士或同等以上学历优先,优秀的本科生予以酌情考虑。
2.Good understanding of Lean concept and lean tools.
对精益概念和精益工具有初步了解。
3.Ability to articulate the desired state, purpose and value of lean andconstantly moving in the direction of waste elimination.

4.Understanding of financial measurements and financial impact of leanimplementation.
