岗位职责Responsibilities
§ 协助顾问搜集市场信息，研究特定行业和市场；
§ 在顾问指导下研究分析客户需求，并提供超值服务；
§ 充分发挥猎头专业性，在有效渠道搜寻候选人；
§ 参与人才筛选，并协调安排候选人面试；
§ 候选人信息录入。
§ Assist Consultant to collect industry updates and talent information for compilation of industry analysis.
§ Guided by Consultant, study and analyse the talent requirements from clients, and provide added value service.
§ Search candidates using effective sourcing channels with deployment of professional headhunting approach.
§ Participate in talent screening and arrange as well as coordinate interviews for qualified candidates.
§ Data entry of candidate’s information to system.
岗位要求Requirements:
§ 本科及以上学历，专业不限；
§ 快速学习能力，主动性强，勤奋踏实；
§ 擅长人际交往，良好的沟通能力和亲和力；
§ 能承受较大压力，并竭尽全力满足客户需求；
§ 英语六级，良好的听说读写能力。
§ Bachelor or above, not limited in major.
§ Fast learner，down to earth and persistent.
§ Sociable with good communication ability.
§ Able to work under pressure and willing to meet the client’s needs.
§ Good English skills, CET-6 is must.
