持续学习以跟进机械及电仪专业进展，逐步提高专业知识和技能。

Through 1 or 2 years hand on practice on equipment and process, to be better understanding equipment working condition, right understanding reliability and repair maintenance strategy, continue to improve trouble shooting knowledge and skill, people manage and supervision experience, including but not limited to, organization, coordination, coaching, communication, etc.

通过1到2年的动手操作，能够有比较好的设备，工艺的实际工况的认知，正确的理解维修可靠性的策略，不断提高故障解决能力，培养人员管理方面的经验, 包括但不局限于，组织，协调，指导，沟通等方面的能力。
