Xi’anAVIC Hamilton Sundstrand Aviation Electric Company, Ltd. is a 50/50 jointventure (JV) between Hamilton Sundstrand Holdings, Inc., part of the UnitedTechnology Aerospace Systems (UTAS) division of United Technologies Corporation(UTC), and AVIC Shaanxi Aero Electric Company, Ltd. (SAEC). The mission of theJV is to design and manufacture electrical power distribution components andmanufacture electrical power generation components for the Chinese andinternational commercial aerospace markets.

西安中航汉胜航空电气有限公司是由联合技术公司（UTC）旗下的联合技术航空航天系统（UTAS）和中航集团陕西航空电气有限公司（SAEC）共同出资成立的合资公司，投资比率为50/50。合资公司的主要任务是为国内外的商务航空航天市场设计以及生产电源动力配电组件和生产电源动力发电产品。

Companyis located in Export Process Zone B Xi’an High-tech Zone, Shaanxi Province.JV’s facility is 6501㎡.

公司的建筑面积为6501m2，坐落在陕西省西安出口加工区B 区。

 

Position:  GMOAssistant &ACE Management Intern

职位:总经办助理兼ACE管理实习生 

Location:  Xian, China

工作地点:  中国西安

 

Duties andResponsibilities职责

?Reportdirectly to ACE Manager&GM Assistant.

直接向ACE经理和总经理助理汇报。

?Coordinatestrategicplanning and implementation (PD, MP, & PDPR) in the company.

协调公司的战略规划和实施（政策部署，宏观计划以及政策部署进度评估）

?Coordinateand partially lead Lean Visual Management System Implementation project overthe organization to assist ACE Manager to hit ACE continuous improvement.

协调并组织公司内各部门实施精益目视化管理系统，帮助ACE经理实现ACE持续改善目标；

?Coordinate QCPC tool application inAUAE to assure and enhance robust process management in entire value stream.

在AUAE中协调QCPC工具的应用，确保在整个价值流中提升坚实的工艺管理；

?Proactivelytake lead of ACE Associate program planning and progress tracking to accomplish100% yearly Associate development plan.  

有效组织ACE  Associate项目计划，并且跟踪进度100%实现年度 Associate开发计划。

?Self-learnand receive intensive ACE training from different resources and expose tovarious ACE activities, to be equipped by ACE knowledge and be developed to beACE subject expert  

自学并且通过不同渠道获得了大量的ACE培训，参加了多项ACE活动，掌握ACE知识并且成为了ACE方面的专家。

?SupportGeneralManager Assistant on the general managementwork as needed.

协助总经理助理执行一些需要的一般管理的工作。

?Othersupervisor assigned work

其它主管人员分配的任务。

 

Qualifications andExperiences任职要求及工作背景：

Education教育

?Bachelor in English or Industrialengineering

英文或工业工程专业学士学位

 

Related Work Experience相关工作经验：

?SeniorCollege Student or Graduate

大四学生或者应届毕业生

?Experienceand knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes, such as SPC, Six Sigma, Kanbansystems, and Mistake Proofing, etc. highly preferred

拥有精益生产工艺（例如SPC、六西格玛、看板系统和防误措施等）方面的经验和知识者优先考虑；

?Projectexperience preferred

具有项目经验者优先考虑。
