We have an experienced China Practice team dedicated exclusively to China and related cross-border matters. Our China Practice partners each have over 10 years of experience handling transactions throughout China which relate to foreign direct investments, M&A, commercial transactions and labor & employment.
We are now actively looking for a Chinese Legal Consultant with outstanding credentials to join our China Practice team in Shanghai.
Legal Consultant-Shanghai Office
Qualifications:
? LLB or LLM from a leading Chinese law school or university law department. ? 2-5 years’ working experience in corporate and commercial transactions in an international law firm or a leading PRC law firm. ? Strong English language skills. ? Chinese Bar Examination passage preferred.
