- Daily assistance and support to Human Resource Function.
- Implement Human Resources affairs including compensation and benefits, payroll administration, HRIS, recruitment, involve in employee relationship and provide training assistance.
Administration
- To provide Secretarial support for HR Department Head
- Screen/ organize /prioritize a lot of phone calls/ fax/ meetings/ correspondence/ visitors (both inside and outside).
- Arrange international and domestic travel, including visa applications, air tickets & hotel booking, transportation logistics etc.
- Establish and maintain confidential files and reports.
- Assist HR Department in administration matters and things assigned by N+1.
Human Resources
- Screen CV from internet and mails, provide valuable recommendation on the target candidate
- Organize the whole interview process till candidates on boarding
- Provide administration assistance for the training activities including new hire orientation, vender training course and internal professional training
- Follow human resources policies associated with payroll, conduct social insurance and housing fund
- Ensure all C&B programs are in compliance with labor law
- Maintain database and information is updated on a daily base
- Provide ad hoc reports to company management for personnel analysis
- Internal employment transactions including on boarding, probation, transfer and exit processes, etc
- Internal employment compliance management such as labor contract management, and background check, etc.
- Visa Service for both Expats and Local Staff
- Provide service to expatriates for their legally work and stay in China including visa, work and resident permits
- Provide visa application service to local employees whenever necessary
