福利:五险一金 补充医疗保险 餐饮补贴 通讯补贴 专业培训 绩效奖金 定期体检 职能类别:信审核查 职责描述： Key responsibilities and accountabilities: -Thoroughly understand and execute credit underwriting policy -Evaluate risk based on applicants’ data and verification records, ensure that the underwriting process meet the time goal -Assist to Department Head with daily processing management, operational risk monitoring and control -Assist to Department Head with periodic training and internal audit -Assist Department Head to meet underwriting KPI -Identify the qualified verification resources and manage the relationship with external vendors 职位要求 Qualifications: -Familiar with local consumer finance market and credit-verify tools -Credit acceptance or related experiences. Or Experience working in credit card, unsecured personal loan or consumer finance -Strong consciousness in compliance and market -Strong ability of comprehensive analysis, with the credit system project testing and project management experience is preferred. Personal Attributes: -Good communication skills to explain the issue to various parties -Analytical skills: independent judgment ability and translate data to information which support management decisions. -Details oriented: pay attentions on details with a high level of accuracy and accurately grasp the business risk -Time management: prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
