The primary roles of these positions are to assist with general operations in the office, regarding finance, communications and marketing. These roles require flexibility in job functions assisting in almost all aspects of our business operation. You must have an excellent prioritization and time management skills, as well the ability multitask and handle a fast paced work environment. Assistant Job Duties: - Able to use self initiative to complete tasks in office - Assisting management in all business related activities - Assisting with pre event production and on site event management - Data basing members, vendors, suppliers and service-providers - Monitoring all incoming and outgoing calls & taking messages for management - Stationery management, dispatch & courier management - Support to HR team in terms of booking, conferencing, ticketing and purchasing - Coordinating with head office tracking of all, income, members, couriers and deliveries - To receive and attend the clients (Ability to work as an administrator) and handle all reception related activity independently - Manage the social media and marketing efforts of the company - Contribute to team meetings with creative ideas Salary Expectations: The first month will be unpaid, the 2-3 month will 1000 RMB for the months, in the 4-6 months will be 1500 RMB. Benefits: part time, every week come to the company 3-4 days, 5 hours each day; can be free to participate in the Golden Gloves boxing gym training courses; free to participate in the company's major activities every year.
