Main responsibilities主要职责:
1.Works closely with sales team to maintain SAP data in time, include customer information, price, sales order. etc.与销售团队紧密合作,及时维护SAP中的销售相关数据, 包括客户信息，价格，销售订单等的创建及更新。
2.Check Accounts with customer.和客户做好对账工作。
3.Work closely with Finance department to deal with invoice related issue.和财务部门紧密合作，处理发票相关的事宜。

5.Assist sales manager update sales report.协助销售经理完成销售报告。
6.Some documents’ translation. 完成相关文件的书面翻译工作。
7.Assist sales manager to do marketing analysis.协助销售经理做好市场分析工作。
8.Assist sales manager to improve sales related process.协助销售经理完善销售相关流程。
9.Assist sales manager to do marketing analysis.协助销售经理做好市场分析工作。
10.Performs other duties and assignments as required. 按时完成主管交办的其它相关工作
Qualification Requirement任职资格要求：
1. Bachelor degree. 本科学历
2. Be familiar with Mocrosoft Office.能熟练使用office办公软件。
3. Good communication skills.有良好的沟通能力。
4. Good teamwork spirit.有良好的团队合作精神。
5. Strong learning ability.学习能力强。
6. Fluent English both on oral and write.英语口语和书写流利。
