福利:做五休二 周末双休 职能类别:行政专员/助理 职能类别:前台接待/总机/接待生 Official Title: Receptionist Intern 行政前台实习生 Location: Shanghai 职位描述： 1、访客接待，在前台接待来访人员并给予清晰的目的地指示。 2、电话接听，专业地接听和转接内部/外部电话，必要时作留言记录 3、办公室邮件处理，为员工提供快递寄件等日常服务。接收内部文件并检查登记清单，确保信息无误。处理寄公司的文件。 4、预订服务，为员工及客户及时预订所需的火车票、机票及酒店。 5、盘点用餐人数，每日盘点当日需食用午餐的员工人数。 6、团队后援，团队同事缺席时，主动承担相应工作。 7、前台环境维护，确保大堂区域和前台整洁有序。 8、完成其他委派的工作。 岗位要求： 1、工作努力,勤奋,能在压力下完成工作 2、良好的口语和书面英语 3、大专以上学历 4、优秀的时间管理和计算机技能 Responsibility: 1.Greeting Customers and Visitors Provide reception service at front desk by greeting visitors on arrival and directing visitors to their destination. 2.Pick up Internal Calls& External Calls Answer the telephone (Internal calls & External calls) and transfer professionally, taking messages upon necessity and urgency. 3.Handle Office Mails Provide general services including incoming/outgoing correspondences. Receive internal mails and check the register list to make sure the information correct. Distribution company documents. 4.Booking Service Book train/air/hotel tickets for guests or colleagues. 5.Lunch count Every morning calculate the number of lunch. 6. Backup for team members Take the responsibility of team members when they are absent. 7.Management for Reception area environment Ensure lobby area and the front desk is maintained neatly at all times. 8.Perform other tasks as assigned Job Requirements and Skill： 1.Hard working, diligent, can accomplish work under pressure 2.Good speaking & written English 3.College/University graduate 4.Excellent time management and computer skills are a must Maxmara Fashion Group期待你的加入！
