Objective of the Position / 岗位目标

Responsible for providing high-quality mechanical testing support and developing new testing methods for Saint-Gobain Research (Shanghai) Center.

为圣戈班研发（上海）提供优质的实验力学支持并开发新的实验方法。

Principal Accountabilities ( % of time, What, How and Why) / 主要职责（时间、工作内容的分配）

1/( 5%) Strictly follow company EHS & 5S policies and regulations. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in 'EHS Responsibilities Management Program'. 遵守公司EHS及5S的政策和规定。履行《环境、职业健康与安全职责管理程序》中研发人员的个人EHS职责。

2) Provide mechanical testing support  (40％). .

*    Conduct tensile, compressive, hardness and other standard mechanical testing;

*    maintain good communication with internal customs.

*    Establishes routine reporting for all activities

*    Responds to changing priorities as required.

*    Identifies potential mechanical projects for further study with modeling team

*  和内部客户保持良好沟通

*  汇报日常工作

*  按要求调整项目的优先级别

*  发现潜在的力学项目并和仿真组的同事共同研究

3) New testing method development (25%).  Develop and apply innovative mechanical testing methods (insitu testing, thermal-mechanical coupling, microscopic testing, and fracture mechanics) to support the mechanical competency development. The incumbent should carry out all phases of these tasks with minimal supervision. 

新的测试方法的开发 (25%).  发展和应用有创造性的实验方法(实地测试, 热力耦合测试,细观力学测试，断裂力学测试) 来丰富力学测试能力. 员工应能很独立地完成这项任务。

4) Interpretation and Application (30%).  Take the lead to develop interpretation, summaries, and opinions of the testing and analysis results appropriate to the project end-goals.  Document conclusions in technical memo format.  Present and discuss analyses with customers.  The incumbent should carry out these tasks with minimal supervision and with maximum interaction with appropriate customer personnel. 

解释和应用 (30%).  对测试和分析的结果给出合理的解释和总结,以达到项目最终目标. 以技术备忘录的形式记录技术结果. 对结果和客户进行讨论和沟通.员工应尽力独立完成这项任务,并积极参与客户的交流。

Ceramics, Polymer, Abrasives, Glass and other   processing 陶瓷，高分子材料，磨料磨具，玻璃    

任职条件/Qualification & Skills

1/ Master or PhD of Materials Science/Mechanical Engineering/Applied mechanics, industrial experience preferred.  

材料科学/机械工程/应用力学硕士或博士教育背景，有工作经验优先

2/ Experience in research of experimental mechanics, familiar with Instron /UTS is a great advantage有实验力学经验、熟悉Instron /UTS优先

3/ Fluent English 英语流利

4/ Open minded, innovative, driven, good communication skills思维开放有创新性，积极主动，具备良好的沟通能力
