Perform technical and functional quality analysis of pre-release WatchGuard network security and management products under physical and virtual environment -Review and analyze technical and user documentation for technical accuracy. -Identify Test automation opportunities and write automation scripts. -Document and report test results, test methodology, and project status to team in a clear and concise manner. -Improve and streamline methods and practices to increase testing and reporting efficiency. Required Qualifications -Very good written English ability and be good at documenting. -Solid knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, experience with protocols such as HTTP/S, FTP, SSL, IPSec etc. -Knowledge of software testing , including QA process and QA methodologies -Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks at one time -Good verbal English ability is a plus -Knowledge of network devices, such as switch, router, firewall, is a plus. Education/Skills/environment -Majored in network engineering, Computer Since, communication engineering or any networking related majors -Interested in software testing -Interested in network devices or firewall.
