Qualification & Requirement 任职要求:

1. At least bachelor degree majoring in engineering related field from top university；重点大学本科或本科以上工程及机械相关专业；
2. Have strong ability in making decision and initiating action; 较强的决断力与执行力；
3. Present and communicate clearly and confidently; 良好的表达和沟通能力；
4. Constantly learn and grow; 持续学习和成长的能力；
5. Deliver results and meet demands; 高质量交付工作成果以满足工作或客户的需求；
6. Remain positive during pressure, setbacks, and in challenging environments; 在压力或逆境中保持积极心态；
7. A willingness to relocate as required to meet business need. 根据公司及业务发展需要，愿意接受异地（国内、外）调动。
