Your Tasks
1. 支持技术经理和市场团队进行行业信息的收集和分析 - 通过参加展会和相关行业活动 Support team for mapping new leads through various activities, e.g. attend exhibitions and seminars, search internet, etc.
2. 支持技术工程团队进行针对特定客户的产品选型、图纸订制、样品跟进及最后的订单交付 Support team on complex / non-standard thermal designs, handle advanced customizing requests towards product management and NPD process
3. 支持处理来自客户的产品投诉和协调沟通 Support to handle claims. Trouble shooting when customers have issues
支持技术团队针对销售人员及代理商或客户的相关产品及应用的技术培训 Support BE team to provide technical expertise to sales team and customers, e.g. new applications / products training
4. 支持技术团队进行必要的客户拜访和现场问题解决 Support for necessary customer visit and onsite problem solving
5. 学习相关的客户关系管理系统,进而维护系统 Learn and maintain ERP – CRM system
6. 参加销售团队会议和相关的国内外项目会议,支持项目开展 Support for projects for local and global
Your Key Competences
- 制冷与低温工程、热能与动力工程、流体力学、暖通空调等本科或研究生2018应届毕业生 An university student with major of Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering, Thermal and Power Engineering, Hydromechanics and HVAC etc.
- 英语流利 Fluent in both oral and written English
- 积极主动、善于学习、乐于沟通、团队协作
