General Purpose:

Support and coordinate all the HR issues in commercial branch.

Job Description:

1. Support CVs screening and deliver feedbacks after tele-interviews;

2. Responsible for onboard preparation process such as material collection, contract preparation, data management and so on;

3. HR data analysis and consolidation;

4. Support any needs in training projects, performance management and other HR projects.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Management or related disciplines;

2. Good communication skills, team working, proactive and dynamic, initiative and drive;

3. Good written and oral English;

4. Good at Microsoft Office;

5. Internship for haft a year and at least 3 days/week.
