Job Responsibilities:
- Reserve hotels/ air tickets, and maintain costs within the allotted budget;
- Provide information and support for visitors to sign in
- Supervise the receipt and delivery of all company post and parcels;
- Manage office cleaning and housekeeping, ensure a clean and safe office environment;
- Manage all payments promptly, ensuring compliance with company policies and processes;
- Undertake other administrative jobs as requested.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both spoken and written English;
- Efficiency and good organization skills;
