Description of Position / 职务描述   

 Take care of TPS accounts and develop new accounts and business of SHBW Achieve target sales budget of assigned accounts.         

 Key Job Functions / 主要工作职能 

 ®       Maintain business relationship with customers and achieve the annual sales budget. 

 ®       Implement company strategic decision and sales plan. 

 ®       Collect drawings, samples or technical specification from customers for quotation, and organize contract reviewing and provide quotation to customers. 

 ®       Ensure completion of orders in time, and collect AR in time. 

 ®       Follow up the new product/business development till final confirmation of customers. 

 ®       Support Project management team to collect relevant information and commercial negotiation 

 ®       Deal with complains and feedback of customers. 

 ®       Collect information of the industry, competitors and report to assistant sales manager & Sales manager in time. ®       Weekly and monthly business plan and report in time. 

 ®       Develop potential new customers and business. 

 ®       Effective communication with relevant department. 

 ®       Value-added service to customer in time. 

 ®       Others as assigned by superior management.
