公司地址：上海市闵行区北斗路198号； 实习待遇：本科在读1800，研究生在读2200， 公司提供免费班车及午餐，外地同学还可享受每月住房补贴 实习证明：实习期结束，可获得圣戈班开具的实习证明，同时进入圣戈班人力资源库，条件符合优先录用。

| 职位描述 | 精益生产工程师 IE Engineer Strictly implement EHS policy and procedures, to ensure safety is always being well followed by ME/production team, in order to eliminate safety, environmental incident and also occupational disease. Prepare and implement all necessary standardized documents and instructions for manufacturing equipment and workstations and training operators. Maintain all production material and data such as working order, routine hour and setup related action plan to ensure smooth achievements. Analyze the potential root causes (related to process/equipment) of quality problems, propose and implement actions to avoid any repetition. Propose and implement improvements related to flow, processes and equipment in order to increase the productivity and the quality. Review and regularly update all standard times for workstations and processes. Develop and optimize production layouts with close communication with the affected departments. WCM involvement and facilitation: timely complete WCM corresponding tasks (i.e. pillar activity support, kaizen project, etc.) and strive for continuous improvement * Education background 教育背景： Min.
