| 职位描述 | Viking Customer Journey Department is the internal strategic department of Viking to design and optimize the best level customer experience from technology platform, analytics and business process. The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role to contribute to customer insight, campaign management and business process design to enhance customer experience, grow measurable value for Viking and generate significant revenue flow. Responsibilities: Campaign management: Working together to create a best-in-practice campaign management model and continuously improve the model Designing campaign together with business departments and providing analytics insights to guide campaign design Creating supporting documents and performs pre and post-production QA to ensure compliance with campaign guidelines Tracking and reporting campaign performance to help realize performance marketing Customer insight: Collecting industry report, customer insight report and competitors’ reports Supporting internal customer survey via all possible channels to provide insight to business design Business process: Working together to understand business requirements of stakeholders Helping design or optimize detailed business process, such as the booking process Preparing training for stakeholders to make sure the process is properly executed Candidate Profile Less than 3 years’ experience; fresh graduate with similar academic background or internal experience also accepted Experience in consulting, research, media agency and marketing function is preferred Experience in travel industry is preferred Highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail and who has a passion for performance marketing Good communication skills Familiar with excel to process data is a must | ||||||||||
