Responsibilities:

Support APAC CoE Staffing Head to implement the recruitment and employment branding programs. This includes initiating hiring projects, partnering with Global COE to roll out employment branding and recruiting initiatives, working closely with the Shared Services Delivery Centre to drive recruiting progress and facilitating the recruitment programs in China market to support different business units.

Support and active involvement in Employer Branding initiatives in China (e.g. Henkel Open Day, Campus Recruitment, Summer Camp Internship Program… etc.)

Support implementation of global recruitment projects

Coordination with external agencies to organize events

Steer monthly reporting

What we are looking for:

Bachelor or Master student in the area of HR, Marketing, Psychology, Business Studies or similar field

Internship of Recruitment experience including good exposure to FMCG or Chemical Industry China recruitment. Experience in MNC and headhunting field is an advantage

Looking for a challenge in a fast-paced international environment

Flexible, able to come up with creative solutions and work independently

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Excellent presentation skills

Project management skills as well as detail-orientation

Ability to work at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 6 months

Excellent MS Office skills, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word
