Your Responsibilities: l Provides an initial point of contact for internal and external customers. l Assists dealers, customers and staff members to answer lease-contract related questions, resolve problems, which could be moderate, more and the most complex. l Addresses referrals of issues from other personnel. l Provides monthly dealer statement and customer repayment statement based on the requirement from time to time. l Assists supervisor in development and implementation of process improvements. l Proceed customers' applications of contract modification, title transfer, termination, and other inquiries. l Generate miscellaneous business reports used for daily work within and out of company.
What Skill You Need l Master at standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office including Excel and Access plus intranet and internet functions. l Oral and written English - Fluent l Degree in Financial/Economics/Statistics or equivalent experience.
