About IETP “International Executive Training Plan”

We would like to hire someone who has passion in Internet + Flowers Industry and is willing to learn from the entrance level to be our potential assistant/specialist/supervisor/manager. We will deliver diversified training in different areas and provide different career path depending on their personality and personal preference. Successful trainees will be offered proper roles at Florartisan.

The IETP is divided into three distinct stages, each focused on preparing you to be an effective professional people.

Stage 1: Understand the International Business Foundation Rotations across the various business areas to allow you to explore and comprehend the organization, business, and values of Florartisan;

Stage 2: Building Business Knowledge& Teamwork

Rotations within Marketing& Sales, Supply Chain Management, E-commerce coupled with structured learning opportunities through coaching assignments, group workshops and self-management course learning;

Stage 3: Fostering people can work independently

Assignment aimed at developing your capacity of working independently. Continued coaching, mentorship and group learning;

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above

2. Excellent Fresh graduate is preferred and candidates within 1 Years experience is also welcome

3. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and excellent command of spoken and written English

4. High integrity and honesty and commitment to work

5. Excellent communication skills with people

6. Strong problem solving and coordination skills

7. Self-motivated and flexible with strong analytical and conceptual thinking

8. Open minded, creative and not afraid to take initiatives

9. Strong sense of responsibility, Strong team spirit and Corporation spirit
