Working Location: Shanghai

 职位描述：

Job Description:

- 提供全面的各业务部门的工作体验

Provide all rounds of business working experience with different departments.

- 了解内部架构、工作流程及发展目标

Understand the internal business structure, workflow, and development goals

- 与经验丰富的团队共同协作

Collaborate with an experienced team

- 负责领导交办的其他项目工作

Be responsible for other work assigned by the leaders.

- 培养方式：专业培训+轮岗实践+阶段考核

Training mode: professional training, job rotation practices and stage assessments

 招聘要求：

Qualification Requirements

1.2018届国内外全日制硕士；经管类、理工类专业优先

Hold master degree with graduation of 2018. Prefer majoring in financial management/science and technology.

2.英语六级或雅思6.0以上；英语读写能力优秀

CET-6 or IELTS above 6.0; excellent English skills with both reading and writing

2.有金融行业实习经验或在校担任学生干部者优先；

Practice experience in financial industry or student leaders is preferred

3.逻辑思维清晰，具有较强的学习能力、沟通能力、组织能力、创新能力和抗压能力；

With logical thinking, strong learning ability, communication ability, organization ability, innovation ability and compression ability

4.工作积极主动，具有较强的责任心和团队协作精神
