我们将通过2年左右生产制造培训生项目的培训和实践, 培养出适合费列罗发展需要的生产制造技术类人才和管理类人才。

2-year STEP project to find out the production and management talents who can meet Ferrero’s development requirements.

岗位要求：

Requirements:

1、 大专及以上学历的2018年应届生，机械、电气、工艺、食品工程等相关专业优先；

       College or above fresh graduates, Mechanical, Electrics, IE, or Food Processing related major is preferred.

2、 良好的英语口语和书面沟通能力；

        Good English communication skill both on written and spoken.

3、 熟练使用Excel, PowerPoint, Word等软件；

        Computer skill – Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

4、 学习能力强，具备开放性思维和良好的发展潜质；

       Good development potential, good learning ability, and open-minded.

5、 能适应倒班工作制。

       Adapt to 2 shifts working system.

薪酬：

Compensation:

实习期：每小时15元薪资

Internship: RMB 15/hour

签订劳动合同开始：年薪5万元以上

Probation: above RMB50,000 per year
