recurring billing and collections, configuring, pricing as well as quoting for recurring revenue
businesses. We are a global company with engineers in Silicon Valley and Beijing. Our team

name a few.
What are we looking for?
Zuora Beijing is seeking Software Engineering
Interns who will thrive on working as part of a talented and highly Agile engineering team. You
will be surrounded by talent that is considered the top in the Internet industry that is also
extremely passionate about growing the folks around them.
You will have the opportunity to work on
cutting edge technology using leading software development processes. Software Engineering Interns
will directly contribute to developing our existing products (we are a Java 8, microservices, AWS,
AngularJS, and MySQL shop).
You will also enjoy some of the team bonding
activities with our product and engineering team, career coaching with the companies best in class
HR and Recruiting team, and brown bag lunch and learns with our some of the smartest people
around.
Responsibilities
Design and develop Java based web applications in a cutting edge environment
Work with product management and development teams to learn use case scenarios and create and execute software to validate those use cases.
Help shape our product by providing input on designs and giving feedback on usability.
Find and report product usability issues, defects and incompatibilities.
Gathered information from external sources including beta users, forums, and app stores to identify problems, establish the root cause and document reproduction steps
Requirements:
Candidates must be either in 3rd year of a bachelor program or 2nd year of a master program.
Currently completing Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering or related technical discipline.
Candidates must be able to work for 6 months with 3 working days in a week at minimum.
In depth knowledge of Internet/Web technologies. Java is strongly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and knowledge of software development practices.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
An interest in learning and contributing to building a great product is a must.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
