高级芯片架构师 （总监级）

工作职责

1. 本职位直接向CTO汇报；

2. 领导算法和芯片系统架构团队进行图像处理相关的系统建模，核心IP开发，和设计团队一起确定芯片架构；

3. 随时跟踪相关产业走向和产业国际标准进展并且参与有关的标准制定。

职位要求

1. 微电子或计算机专业硕士以上学位。博士学位优先；

2. 从事图像处理有关的算法，芯片研发5年以上经验；

3. 2年以上团队领导经验；

4. 熟悉Matlab建模和仿真；

5. 通晓USB 2.0/3.0, HDMI, DisplayPort 标准者优先；

6. 有FPGA工作经验者优先；

7. 有较强的英文沟通能力。

Verification Engineer 验证工程师

工作职责

1. Understand the expected functionality of designs;

2. Develop testing and regression plans;

3. Design and develop verification environment;

4. Run RTL and gate-level simulations/regression;

5. Code/functional coverage development, analysis and closure;

6. Release the documents during the verification flow, such as verification plan, usage of the verification environment, simulation result of test cases, verification coverage report, etc.

职位要求

1. Minimum of 3 years design/verification experience (test plan, test bench, assertions, debugging designs, code coverage, etc.);

2. Knowledge in ASIC/FPGA design process and verification tools/env (UVM/OVM…);

3. Familiar with design and verification languages (Verilog, System Verilog, SVA, etc.);

4. Script and automation skills (tcl, perl, makefile, etc) a plus;

5. Familiar with C/C ;

6. Knowledge of high speed interface, such as DDR, DisplayPort, etc.;

7. Additional qualifications include: Good IC verification skills and basic knowledge of logic or circuit design, good communication and problem-solving skills, English and other foreign languages;

8. Independent and self-managing;

9. Cooperative and proactive in daily work.

ASIC Design Engineer 数字电路设计工程师

工作职责

1. Design and implement digital circuits in advanced CMOS technology;

2. Understand how circuits work;

3. Develop and improve new and existing circuit solutions;

4. Simulate circuits;

5. Present and receive technical feedback at reviews;

6. Document RTL design and communicate with other designers;

7. Support system and field application engineers;

8. Understand system level architectural design;

9. Be able to work in a group setting;

10. Work with team members to resolve technical issues;

11. Share expertise;

12. Meet deadlines and schedules as part of a team effort, help to estimate time to accomplish tasks.

职位要求

1. Bachelor, Master or above in Electronic, Communications, Microelectronics Engineering, Computer Science or relative major;

2. At least 3 years of exerperience in digital design based on high-level languages (perferable Verilog), with knowledge of ASIC FE design flow, including coding, simulation, verification, synthesis, DFT and STA;

3. Familiar with front end EDA tools;

4. Familiar with FPGA prototyping is a big plus;

5. Familiar with mixed signal design is a big plus;

6. Good written and oral English communication skills.

Analog Design Engineer 模拟路设计工程师

工作职责

1. 参与IC产品的架构设计和Spec定义；

2. 负责完成相关模拟电路的设计，验证，测试，debug等具体工作；

3. 对IC设计项目的进度和质量负责； 

4. 指导后端工程师完成版图设计。

职位要求

1. 硕士以及上学历，电子、通信计算机半导体物理或微专业； 

2. 3年以上模拟 IC设计经验；

3. 精通OPA, BGR, Comp, LDO, VCO等基础模块的设计，熟悉工艺和IC开发流程；

4. 有High speed Serdes, PLL, ADC, DAC设计经验者优先；

5. 有一定的团队管理经验者优先；

6. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识。

Sr. AE (TCON) 高级应用工程师 (TCON)

工作职责

1. Define new product features and specification, write technical documents;

2. Develop validation process and method for TCON, driver IC, touch panel controller IC or PMIC;

3. Develop validation platform includes hardware and software and do validation;

4. Customer support of design in and issue analysis;

5. SI, PI, EMI design and analysis;

6. Create training materials for internal use.

职位要求

1. BSEE or MSEE (preferred) with at least 7 years’ experience in semiconductor industry or display industry;

2. Experience in schematics design, PCB or FPC design is a plus;

3. Experience in X8051 MCU C/C  Coding, ARM CPU or Verilog HDL is a plus;

4. Be able to do basic H/W debug, soldering works and have knowledge to use electronic measuring equipment;

5. Experience in TCON, Driver IC, PMIC and Touch Controller IC;

6. Strong background some of the following:

   a.HW systems design or embedded SW design;

   b.Serial Display Interfaces (eDP, USB, MIPI);

   c.OLED/TFT Panel/LCD Module.

7. Strong verbal and written communication skill in English;

8. Experience in working with cross functional team to implement system design;

9. Willing to travel overseas.

Sr. AE (MHD) 高级应用工程师 (MHD)

工作职责

1. Work with marketing and development teams to define key product features during the product requirement definition;

2. Lead product validation and alpha customer roll out. Create validation plans, track issues from discovery to closure;  

3. Develop system level workarounds, define errata, analyze defects and propose remedies;

4. Lesson and Learn management. 

职位要求

1. 7 years'experience in semiconductor industry;

2. International work experience in a world class supplier or customer;

3. Experience in display or graphics preferred;

4. Experienced as a project lead preferred;

5. Strong system level debugging skill a must;

6. Able to read and analyze C-code, comfortable creating small programs in C-code;

7. Able to develop schematic and review PCB;

8. Strong communication skills, ability to articulate complex issues;

9. Good documentation skills.
