Key responsibilities
- Work with production process team to secure machine reliability through the automation and electrical system preventive maintenance
- Networking with central engineering team to improve process efficiency & quality & safety
- Enhance automation team competence, delivery training to junior engineers
- Potential project leader to implement and execute projects in the cluster
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree with Basic knowledge of the mechanical theory, such as drawing & transition
- Good at PLC ladder diagram, such as Siemens PLC 300 & 400, both software & frame & HMI
- Theory of the electronic, such as rectification & amplify
- Know well about the motor and driver, good knowledge in the electrical parts, like relay & power supply & diver hardware
- Good understand of the computer in both software and hardware, for example OS backup, communication frame & protocol
- Strong willing to learn and seeking in the equipment preventive area
- Capability on trouble shooting and issue handling
