Main Responsibilities:

The intern will have opportunities to be involved in varioues of compliance work within Greater China (China, Hong Kong & Taiwan) and assist effective implementation of compliance processes for business/subsidiaries with primary focus on the following:

  

Supports the business/function in all elements of 3rd party Due Diligence (DD) and address relevant queris.

Support in the preparation of training materials in relation to compliance topics.

Monitor on-line compliance course. Communicate the incompletion list with relevant sales/functional heads and individuals on a regular basis.

Documents translation and proofreading work.

Legal research and memo preparation.

Other ad hoc works.

 

You would have:

Education:

  

Junior college or bachelor above, majored in Law;

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  

Effective communication skills; good spoken and written English proficiency.

Careful, enthusiastic, teamwork spirit, good attention to details, and not easily bored.

Good office skills such as using Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

 

Time Requirement:

  

At least 3 working days per week;
