Major Responsibilities:
® Responsible for Hendrickson Branding communication, expanding and protecting in China domestic market;
® Build up & maintain the relationship with local Medias. Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities, including publications, media, trade shows, and press release assistance when necessary.
® Coordinates and creates changes and updates to product literature/flyer, website, presentations, and related promotion stuffs;
® Supports product planning, development, launch activities, and related pricing activities;
® Maintains, researches, and analyzes market trends, industry and customer intelligence and reports information to management;
® Develops and analyzes market surveys to discover concerns, opportunities, and defines improvement needs.
® Sales order maintenance in QAD System
® Communicates with the sales team and customers, supports the field sales training and service programs to enhance our products in the China domestic field;
® Maintains appropriate records for customers when necessary.
® Updates and creates sales weekly &monthly reports, and attend meetings and maintain records for accurate and organized work environment.
® Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications (Education, Working experience, Language, Certifications, etc.):
® Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business Administration or related field.
® Sales or marketing experience in an industrial environment preferred.
® Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
® Excellent presentation, oral, written and verbal communication skills.
® Self-motivated with good organization and planning skills.
® Must have good inter-personal skills and be able to develop good working relationships with the customers, distributors, sales group, staff, etc.
® Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
® Good analytical skills
