职责描述description
1. 向检验员和质量工程师收集质量报告。Collet quality reports from inspectors and quality engineers.
2. 核对报告,确保报告准确、证书清晰完整以及特别要求文件无遗漏。Check the reports to ensure accuracy as well certificate clear enough, no missing document for some special requirement.
3. 根据客户订单,及时打印、核对相应的产品质量报告单并发给客户,确保客户得到完整、正确的报告。Based on customers’ orders, print, check and distribute relevant quality reports, make sure all shipments have correct quality reports.
4. 收集和制作船运质量文件,并向有关部门提供文件。Collect and make quality document for shipment and provide the documents to related department needed.
5. 制作和保存质量文档。Make and file quality files.
6. 根据QC检验报告,收集、汇总产品质量问题类型及原因,为解决相关质量问题提供依据。Collect, summarize the types and causes of quality problems according to QC reports; help to find out the best solution.
7. 回复客户和检验人员有关质量文件的问题。Reply customer’s QA or inspectors when they asking for the documents or related issues.
8. 质量经理交办的其他任务。Other assistant tasks as quality Manager’s require.
任职资格Qualification requirements:
1. 大专及以上学历Above college
2. 熟练运用EXCEL办公软件Be good at EXCEL.
3. 会基本的英文读写Be able to read and write in English.
4. 良好的沟通能力、关注细节能力Ability to communicate, and attention to detail.
