Website Analyst/网站优化分析师
We need an Analyst to help to develop our website performance reporting and analysis practice. This person should have good communication skills and fluent in both English and Chinese. We're looking for someone with a dynamic personality that has come from an analytical background, who's looking for true ownership and a sense of pride in developing his/her career path in site optimization.
* Required Skills:
This individual will help us deliver world class analytical delivery work in web analytics for our clients in both US and China market. Initial training and project work will focus on digital campaign reporting and ad hoc analysis. As the team grows we will continually expand the areas of responsibility for the team. This is a great opportunity for someone at this level to take on increased analytical responsibilities, gain local client facing experience and expand into web analytics.
More specific duties will include, but are not limited to:
-Help with hiring and training of analysts
-Mentor junior analysts
-Manage the coordination and delivery of client projects
-Serve as primary Liaison between local clients and China analytics teams
-Handle multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
-Implement a first-class reporting process and monitor the initial project deliverables
-Foster team building and knowledge sharing for the digital team
* Required Experience:
-Bachelor or master degree in Marketing, Database Marketing, Computer Science, Information Management, Math/Statistics, Engineering or other related majors
-2+ years in web analytical reporting and analysis with familiarity with website optimization campaign analysis as well as online A/B test and multi-variate test
-Familiarity with one of site analytics platforms such as Adobe/Omniture, Google Analytics, IBM/CoreMetrics, WebTrends, etc
-Strong skills in Excel, PPT, SQL, Tableau (or similar visualization tool), R or SAS or Python
-Prior project and resource management experience
-Solid understanding of digital marketing, databases and database marketing principles
-Familiarity with DMPs, tag management platforms such as Telium, Ensighten, etc is a plus
-Experience with predictive modeling is a plus
-Knowledge about website tagging design, JavaScript and web technologies but JS coding is not required
-Experience with both onshore and offshore team is preferred but not required
-Prior experience living or working in China desired but not required
-High intellectual curiosity, drive, determination, self-confidence and persuasion skills
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
