Job Responsibility
-Function as a receptionist in responding incoming phone calls, receiving customers and visitor.
接听电话,接待客户和来访者。
-Handle fax, filing, posts and mails for the company.
处理公司传真,文件,邮件,信件。
-Maintain internal office supplying in associated with print press and stationery suppliers.
与文具等供应商等合作以保持公司内部正常供给。
-Assist staff in travel arrangements, such as air tickets booking and hotel reservation
帮助员工做好诸如机票,酒店预订等的出差安排。
-Other stuff assigned by manager

Requirements
-Good command of oral English.
熟练的英文口语能力。
- College Degree, fresh graduate is available。
大专学历,接受应届毕业生。
