Job Summary
To Provide administration support to Changzhou plant, such as visitor's receptionist/candidate guidance/office supplier management/company activity supporting & other admin supporting job.
Job Responsibilities
1 Visitors reception and guidance.
2 Responsible for office supplies and uniform purchasing request, distribution, inventory tracking, monthly report etc.
3 Business card ordering
4 Count up and inform the needed quantity for daily working meal and make the monthly report
5 Express (UPS/DHL/SF/EMS) delivery and make the monthly report, tracking the cost to each department.
6 New hires on-boarding material preparation, ie. Take photo, name badge, clock-in card, uniform, office supplies, etc.
7 Meeting Support, such as meal ordered/meeting room arrangement in advance
8 Comply with company EHS rules and regulations
9 Office 5S
10 Other admin jobs assigned by Admin Supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
1. Good at communication, positive attitude, professional demeanor and etiquette, friendly and helpful manner.
2. College or bachelor degree.
3. 1 year or above in related work experiences in foreign company will be preferred.
4. Good MS office skills, fluent in speaking and written English.
